Boutique Memory Care · San Francisco
Thoughtful care, rooted in the life already being lived.
Illuminate Memory provides personalized non-medical home care for older adults and people living with dementia or changes in memory — helping clients remain connected to home, routine, independence, and meaningful daily life.

Care designed around a person, not a checklist.
Every home has its own rhythm. We build support around the routines someone already keeps, the preferences they hold, the relationships that matter, and the independence they want to protect — then adjust as everyday needs change.

Memory care begins with knowing the person.
Memory changes may affect how someone moves through the day, but they do not erase identity, preference, humor, history, relationships, or belonging. Our approach begins with the person — then builds support around familiarity, routine, meaningful engagement, and everyday life.
Home care should still feel like home.
Our care is one-on-one and relationship-centered. A caregiver is present with one person at a time, working inside that person's own home, pace, and preferences rather than a facility schedule.
Over time, that consistency becomes the work itself: knowing how someone takes their coffee, which chair they prefer in the afternoon, which stories they like to return to, and when a quieter presence is more helpful than conversation.

A thoughtful beginning.
